SIMCOX products and services are subject to the following legally binding terms & conditions.

CUSTOMISATION & ORDERING
We sell wallpaper by the roll, through our website and stockists.

A customisation service is also available—changes in colour and scale are available specifically to suit a unique space. There are extra fees and charges for this personalised level of service.

 WALLPAPER SPECIFICATIONS

Heavy duty German wallpaper with paper top layer and non-woven backing, washable and colourfast. Paste the wall and butt join instillation. 61.5cm wide. You can hang wallpapers yourself as it features a butt join, however we advise you use a professional to hang wallcoverings due to the double cut installation requirements.

COLOUR ACCURACY & QUALITY ASSURANCE
Colours shown on your computer monitor are difficult to assess you are advised to order swatches if you wish to confirm colour accuracy. Due to print process we can not guarantee 100% colour accuracy between different print batches.

  • 9m roll of wallpaper is $230.00

PAYMENT TERMS
The payment method for wallpaper through our online store is via PayPal and includes Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Custom fees, import duties, taxes charged in countries other than Australia and New Zealand are the recipients responsibility. SIMCOX does not accept responsibility for damage caused during delivery. International devilries are subject to local customs and transport infrastructure and strict time frames can not be guaranteed.

PRIVACY
Personal information will be used for processing orders or to inform of SIMCOX promotions and will not be used for any other purpose.

COPYRIGHT
All SIMCOX designs, logos, website material, graphics, text, images are subject to copy-write.

WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
Please check your order before installation. Refunds or replacement due to unacceptable quality or inaccurate printing cannot be made after instillation.

Loss or damage must be verified by courier company before any refund or replacement can be made. Please inspect carefully before accepting delivery. We do not accept responsibility for costs above or beyond that of the invoiced value of the wallpaper.

Replacements or refunds will only be made after receipt and inspection of the refunded returned order. Returns must be made immediately or within 2 weeks of delivery.

CHANGE OF ORDER
Any change of order must be advised by email. Costs of orders prior to printing will be refunded minus any administration or customisation fees. Costs of order already printed cannot be refunded.

LEAD TIMES
Our wallpaper is printed to order, the approximate lead time after approval of final design is usually 14-21 days. Times may vary if ordering outside Australia or New Zealand.

DELIVERY AND HANDLING
Orders are normally dispatched within 14-21 days of receipt of your order. Wallpaper orders are delivered by TNT courier to your nominated residential or business delivery address unless advised otherwise and another 3-5 days should be allowed for delivery outside Australia.

Delivery advice and courier tracking is emailed to you as soon as orders are dispatched.

Every effort is made to quote accurate delivery times. You will receive advice of unexpected changes to our production time via email. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for transit or other delays outside our control. Samples are delivered by Australia Post.
